Waterfall Community Health Center in cooperation with Advanced Health, unveiled a mobile health unit in Spring of 2020. The Mobile Health Unit is an RV that has been transformed into a fully functional mobile clinic, bringing essential healthcare services directly to those in need. The unit includes an exam room, blood draw station, and a small waiting area. It is designed to bridge healthcare gaps in rural communities, offering convenient access to quality care for individuals in various situations, such as those without transportation, those with inflexible work schedules, and families facing financial strain. We accept Medicare, Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid, private insurance, and uninsured patients, offering a sliding fee scale for those without insurance based on family size and income.
