Importance of Routine Dental Care:
Routine dental checkups play an important role in maintaining both your oral health and your overall health. Annual or Bi-annual dental checkups help prevent tooth decay, gum disease and oral cancer. We encourage dental checkups for all ages, whether teeth are present or not.

The Sliding Fee Scale discounts are based on family size and income. A onetime application is needed to gather information about who is in your household and your total household income, as well as proof of that income. Please ask the front desk staff for the most recent Sliding Fee Scale application, which outlines the income limits by family size, as well as what is accepted for proof of income.
Dr. Savannah Rose, DMD, MPH
General Dentist
Dr. Rose has lived most of her life in the Pacific Northwest. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in dental health science from Pacific University in 2012 where she became a register dental hygienist. She practiced in Eugene and Salem for several years before making the big decision to move to Alaska to work at one of the nation’s largest public health clinics. Concurrently she taught Community Dental Health at the University of Alaska. While she loved every minute of being in Alaska, she knew it was time to follow her dreams of becoming a dentist. In 2020 Dr. Rose moved to the Phoenix area to attend A.T. Still University; Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine and a Master of Public Health. In her career she has been awarded the Preventative Oral Health Care award, the Outstanding Student award, the Student Servant Leadership award from the Academy of Dentistry International, and was inducted into the Sigma Phi Alpha and Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor societies. Her dedication to public health has also been recognized by the Dental Trade Alliance and the National Health Service Corps. The desert was just too hot for her, and she was beyond excited to join the Waterfall team on the Oregon Coast. In her free time, she can be found outside on an adventure with her dogs, husband, and a camera in her hand.
