Waterfall Clinic School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs) provide community members with access to critical services that are designed to keep them healthy, in school, and ready to learn.
Our SBHCs are staffed by qualified medical professionals and focuses on preventing illness and promoting healthy behaviors. Our team provides prevention education to help young people take responsibility for their health and encourage teachers and parents to support healthy outcomes.
