Tyler is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. She brings a trauma-informed, holistic, and compassionate approach to mental health care. At Waterfall Community Health Center, Tyler serves as the Psychiatry Program Manager and values being part of a mission she feels deeply connected to. She loves working with and for a diverse group of people and appreciates Waterfall’s commitment to whole health and its exceptional integrated care model. This structure allows providers to focus on what they do best, while patients receive comprehensive, collaborative care.
