Meggan McLarrin received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Oregon University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2013. She started her internship in Coos Bay Oregon as a Children’s Therapist at a community mental health agency and received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  She then moved into private practice in 2019 where she worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach to counseling is a client centered “whole person” approach with a focus on the mind and body connection. Meggan is licensed in the State of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is also NBCC board certified. She joined Waterfall Community Health Center as a Children’s Therapist in November of 2022. She loves spending time with family, being in nature, gardening, reading, and learning new things.
