“I believe in the power of compassion and the difference it makes in people’s lives. Even though my role is behind the scenes, every task I handle supports our clinicians and staff so they can fully focus on helping patients heal and thrive. I’m proud to be part of a team that treats every person with dignity, meets them where they are, and walks alongside them through their journey. Knowing my work helps create an environment where both patients and employees feel valued and supported is what inspires me every day.”

Elizabeth joined the Waterfall team in August of 2022 as a Patient Service Representative where she spent two years working with the Front Office Department before joining the Behavioral Health team. As the Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, as well as supporting the long-term success of the clinic’s mission.

She was raised in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to Chihuahua, Mexico. Before pursuing her carrier in the medical field, she earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Institute of Technologies of Chihuahua, Mexico. Now she enjoys the beautiful Oregon Coast, spending time with family, baking, and exploring new places with her husband and their dog. She also enjoys tending to her 80 houseplants as well as propagating them.
