As a behavioral health consultant, Devyn operates within Waterfall’s integrated care model, collaborating with primary care providers to address mental and behavioral health symptoms that can affect patients’ overall health. Devyn’s approach to working with patients is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and solution-focused care. She integrates brief, evidence-based strategies with compassionate, strengths-based collaboration, meeting patients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and empowering them to build practical skills that support healing, resilience, and wellness.
Devyn has been working in the fields of behavioral health and social services for the last several years. She has experience providing intensive case management, community health work, care coordination, and outreach, working with populations of all ages. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Stanislaus in 2019 and a Master of Social Work from Capella University in 2025. Devyn enjoys photography, fantasy novels, cozying up with her two cats, riding ATVs on the beautiful Oregon Dunes with her husband, and all the fun outdoorsy things!
